July 7, 2020

6 Min Read

Mount Shasta is the perfect destination if you’re looking for a weekend getaway from the Bay Area or if you find yourself passing through the Northern California region. Just one hour north of Redding California, Mount Shasta dominates the sky standing at 14,179 feet tall and can be seen from anywhere in the region. Its mountain vistas and crystal clear alpine lakes offer tons of activities and spectacular views.

Why Your Next Vacation Should be with One Bag

May 26, 2020

I’m not a light traveler. My last vacation I had a backpack for my camera gear, a backpack for hiking gear, and a duffel for clothes, swimsuits, and shoes. It was too much, I decided to challenge myself. For a 3 week trip to New Zealand during the winter I wanted to carry only a single backpack. I asked myself how was I going to possibly pack everything I needed into a single carry on? I figured it out and I wanted to share exactly how I did it.

The secret? Pack only the essentials, stop packing your fears.
